VOLUNTEER

We have a number of small roles as well as larger roles that all add up to make a big difference and a wonderful celebration! We are in great need for:

  • Entertainment Coordinator: We have an emcee, the performances, live auction and all the ideas in place in terms of entertainment, but we are in need of someone to help us make a schedule and make sure we can accommodate all the performances, and have someone keep track of the timing on the night of the event.
  • Raffle and Prizes Committee: We already have leaders but we need committee members to execute the ideas.
  • Sound Person: We need someone with some experience to sure the sound goes smoothly on the night of the event (the restaurant has sound equipment but not a tech person).
If you would like to volunteer, or have any questions about the event, please contact Irene at xuehong_w@yahoo.com or Sally Cai at d_georgia8@yahoo.ca.
