The Welcome Back BBQ is scheduled for Friday, September 7 from 3:00 - 5:30 pm.

Volunteers
Volunteers needed for BBQs and serving tent. 
Please email Junko Harvey at junkoharvey@gmail.com to sign up to volunteer.

Shifts Available:
  • 1:30 to 3:00 pm
  • 4:00 to 5:30 pm
  • 5:15 to 6:00 pm

Call for Student Performers
Typically students have performed throughout the duration of the BBQ. If your daughter would like to perform during the BBQ please have her sign-up. Questions? Contact Stephanie (Gr. 12) at stephaniem19@yorkhouse.ca.
