Gr. 11 & 12 New York Excursion Info Eve

 

Dear Grade 11 and 12 Students and Families,

I am pleased to share a wonderful international travel opportunity with you that will take place in May 2024, which has been planned in collaboration with Insight Global Education, a locally-based educational travel company.

This will involve travel of a group of 20 students from Grades 11 or 12 to New York City. All students are welcome to apply to signal their interest. Please note, that you do not need to be part of a particular class or club to be considered for this excursion. Participants will explore Vancouver and New York City through the lens of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. 

 

There will be an information meeting in the Odette Tognetti Theatre at YHS on Tuesday, November 21st from 7:00-8:00 pm. Students who are interested in applying for this program must attend the information session with a parent/guardian. Applications will be shared at this time.
