YHS PA and YHS Society Annual General Meetings

To the Members of the York House School Society,
TAKE NOTICE that the Annual General Meeting of the York House School Society will be held at York House School (in the third-floor atrium of the Senior School), 4176 Alexandra Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 6:15 pm.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to conduct the regular business of the Society which will include the approval of the minutes of the Spring General Meeting, acceptance of reports, presentation of the Financial Statements for the year ending June 30, 2019 and appointment of our auditors.
Election of Governors will occur at the 2020 Spring General Meeting.
The minutes of the 2019 Spring General Meeting and the Financial Statements for the year ending June 30, 2019 will be available for review in the last week of November and will also be available at the Annual General Meeting.

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is to conduct the regular business of the Association, which will include the approval of the minutes of the Spring General Meeting (May 22, 2019), acceptance of Executive and committee reports, and presentation of the Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2019.

Resolutions relating to the allocation and release of the 2019 PAC Government Grant and funds raised 2018/2019 will be considered and discussed.
The Minutes of the 2019 Spring General Meeting and the Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2019, and proposed amendments to the Constitution and the Bylaws will be posted at the Little, Junior and Senior School offices and will also be available at the Annual General Meeting.
