OUR Parents’ Association

Our community is small. But that’s part of the magic. In partnership with faculty and staff, the York House School Parents’ Association promotes a sense of community among students, parents, and guardians through volunteering while also raising funds for student scholarships.

Every parent and guardian at YHS is a member of the Parents’ Association and collectively shares the responsibility of volunteering through various events and initiatives. Upholding the school’s motto, Not for Ourselves Alone, is an inspiration to everyone in the YHS community. A rewarding and meaningful way to contribute to the life of the school, volunteering also shows students what it means to create positive change. Together, we're modeling the very values we hope to inspire in our children.
 

Annual fundraising events like Bid Night, the Tiger Party, and the PA Raffle raise much-needed funds for the YHS Tiger Scholarship Fund. This fund provides opportunities for talented students to access a York House education. As a non-profit society, every dollar we raise flows directly back into creating student opportunities.

Through meaningful partnerships with staff, alums, and fellow parents, we are building bridges that strengthen our extraordinary community. Our diverse families bring their unique talents, perspectives, and energy that enrich the fabric of our community.
